Another fun challenge to execute. I wanted to use this crazy Penny Black stamp but also wanted to keep the card smaller. I used handheld punches to cut the image down to size and to cut the mat. When I cut the piecing for the chef's hat I cut it a bit longer so that the hat extended beyond the image circle. I like the way that turned out. Thanks for the challenge Leigh Ann.
