I made this tag for the December Simply Cardstock kit. :) All cardstock, and the tag, came from the kit. Stamp is from the fabulous Kim Hughes collection from Cornish Heritage Farms, brads are from Creative Impressions, ribbon is from Making Memories and Creative Impressions, Expoxy embellishments are from Making Memories, thread from DMC, Ink is from Close to my Heart, and I used Prism Watercolor Pencils to color in the stamp. Oh, and I also used my Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Folder, too. :)TFL!
