This is for LeighAnn's ‘One Stamp, Three Ways’ challenge. I also added the just-completed “inside” for Heidi's challenge.I wanted to make a kid-type birthday card, with bold colours, using the kite stamp. I had seen some cards with colour-blocking in a magazine and thought that that would work well.For the inside I used more muted colours, while still sticking to the flying theme, and of course used the same kite stamp (stamped second generation, coloured lightly with pencils). I also tried to reflect the colour-blocking, but in white.
