They did formal pics on the cruise that we just took. My husband wore his dress whites (He's a LCDR in the US Navy) rather then us have to purchase a suit or rent a tux. The funny thing is that a ton of people thought that he worked on the ship. He had people asking for directions and even give him empty glasses. Thank goodness he has a good sense of humor. I kind of made this shabby chic, the next one will be a more formal layout. Enjoy!
