This took a long time, but I was really into my vision on this one. I was inspired by the all the blue tones in the photos.I cut and layered hand cut “circles” and stitched them down. The paper edge is stitched, too.I stamped the title with blue pearlized embossing powder, although it looks black in the first photo, right on top of some white paint.
