I created the background by swipping wet watercolor paper onto a craft sheet with Ranger's chipped sapphire , weather wood and faded jeans distress inks. Sprinkle with coarse sea and let dry overnight for the frost look. I embossed the trees with Tim's tree embossing folder, colored with distress inks and painted (with Claudine Hellmuth's small paint brush) with Ranger dimensional liquid pearls in white opal. I LOVE the newly formulated liquid pearls! See my second photo for close-up of trees. I used Fiskars Winter Wonderland stamps for the snowflakes and the winter words. For the snowflakes I used an over stamping technique Anna-Karin shared in a recent 2 Peas challenge. The hills are covered with Ranger's stardust stickles, mica flakes and Ranger's rock candy. Thanks for looking!
