Esther Short Park is in downtown Vancouver. It used to be a hangout for the homeless and was a scary place. Several years ago, our former mayor made it his mission to make this park Vancouver's Living Room and a place that the city residents would want to go to. It is now the location of lots of concerts, theater, festivals, etc. Plus enjoyable on any day. I took advantage of a beautiful day today to go take some pictures there.
