I took a ski/snowboard trip with friends out to Tahoe in January. I'd skiied a few times and had been fairly decent at it, but peer pressure got me into trying snowboarding for the first time. BAD IDEA. I literally tumbled down the mountain (although I was the only rookie out of the group to actually make it down the entire trail!) and was sooooo sore for 2 days afterward. This was the general expression/sentiment of the experience, haha.Being from California, I don't get to use a lot of wintery products on layouts, so I went crazy with them here! I used a mixture of mostly Dear Lizzy Christmas and Echo Park Wintertime items here. I love the red and turquoise (and gray) combination - it's wintery (the turquoise) but the red adds a little b it of punch to it. I used a bunch of snowflake motifs here.
