This is when my DH was pinned CW2 (it took awhile for it to go thru channels- the pinning was June '14, but his date of rank was 4Dec13). This is new paper by CTMH called Chalk It Up. I used a stamp set that looks like chalk drawn and colored it with ShinHan Markers. All the shooting stars and the banner "Great Job" is stamped and colored via the CTMH stamp set of that name. This was my first coloring in using the markers as I just got them a few weeks ago.
