For my mom's dance albums...This dance has run into so many issues this year that it's almost amusing. First, this is the same tuxedo we started wearing in 2011 for hoofer tap. Most of my class, for reasons I don't really understand, have started to take exception to us using the same costume year after year and are now refusing to take part in the hoofer dance because of it. Second, rumor had it for most of the year that we were doing the same hoofer dance. Again, no one (myself included because I still think that dance is cursed) wanted to take part in the dance. I don't blame them there because that dance is all kinds of boring to do at this point for me. Finally, we're not actually done the dance. Our dress rehearsal is end of May and the dance isn't even done. The first part of the dance, done to a smooth jazz version of the "Star-Spangled Banner" (and something I'd done before), is mostly done but the second part of the dance, done to a song from The Who, is totally not done at all. We're stuck on the same part of the dance and have been for weeks! It's led to a fair few shouting matches between people because everyone likes to blame everyone else for why the dance isn't done.
