Any-Occasion card featuring My Mind's Eye My Story Collection. Using the Heirloom Roses sheet, I cut a piece measuring 2 ¾ X 5 ½. Then cut the black mat 2 15/16 X 5 ½. Then I cut flowers from the Wildflower Bouquets sheet using my Silhouette PicScan mat, also cutting "shadows" for them, then adhered together using mounting tape. I cut a butterfly and phrase from the This Moment paper and punched the black leaf with a Martha Stewart punch, stamped the sentiment, then affixed all atop a die cut oval from Spellbinders Floral Ovals. Added black and clear rhinestones. For the paint splatter, I used Crushed Olive distress ink mixed with water.
Edit: My daughter who is NOT a crafter, informed me that this card was not up to my "usual standards" LOL so I revamped it.
