So I saw this image at Free Dearie Dolls Digi Stamps and he just made me smile in all his plaid and polka dot combination! So I wanted to use him but didn't have anything in mind at the time. Well, a friend of mine, Dale, was in the hospital last month with heart issues. I wanted to make him a get well card but nothing came to mind. He is already home now so I thought maybe I will just make an Easter Card and I remembered this image. Then I made my girlfriend's card (see post before this one) and took the saying I put on hers and changed it to fit Dale:
Hoping your Easter world is bright and colorful, weird and crazy, ornery and special…
…just like you.
I decided it fit my brother too so I sent him a card also!
I used sketch #6 at the Cardmakers Card Challenge @ Scrapbook.com (the original sketch is from i {heart} sketches #120).
