I saw a LO at the LSS and I loved it so I did my own version of it. I fussy cut the top border and the ice cream cart and popped up the cart. For my title I mounted it on cardstock, inked the edges, added some pearls, wrote “Hot Fudge Sundae” and popped it. I cut the swirls, border and doily with my Cameo.
