My wedding planner, who was also the party planner for dd's Sweet Sixteen party, wanted us to feed her the cake during the ceremony. Let me tell you a little something about this cake. This cake was so phenomenal that I will be scrapping a page specifically about it in the near future. My dd picked out the flavors. We actually had a cake tasting where she and then 3 year old ds tasted various cake flavors. (The top layer was cinnamon, the middle was blueberry, and the bottom layer was vanilla) Hands down the best cake I've ever tasted! Anyway, I used lots of hoarded items here. I get so excited when I come across papers and embellies that I bought years ago and I finally know how to use them. (Example...the birthday overlay that I bought years ago goes perfectly over this pp) I am submitting this layout for the 2016 Volume Challenge (#34/80), the May Sticker Challenge, and a few NSD challenges. Thanks for your sweet comments. I really appreciate them!

I love crafting because long after I'm gone my children, grandchildren, and great grand children can look back on the pages that I create and have a sense of who and where they came from. That's important to me.
