Then we went to Nidaros Cathedral. WOW! It was impressive – it dates back to the 12th century and has been preserved from medieval times.

This cathedral, which was built to house the tomb of St. Olav, is the northernmost gothic cathedral in the world. It bothers me to pay an admission price to go into a church or temple but Bill got out his wallet and we paid the required $10.00 fee (American money).

NOTE: Tomorrow I will try to post the layouts with the inside of the cathedral.
