How do you get your paper, ribbon, and vellum to match so perfectly? Those leaves look real. I love the delicate little dots on them. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. Pinned!
These are amazing! The colors of pink and the pink vellum couldn't be more perfect. I love the darker color on the outside and the softer pink inside. The white magnolia is so beautiful. I love the soft elegant look of it. Is that ribbon across the bottom with the punched For You on it? I can't tell for sure. I don't think I could make myself give either of these cards away. They are just gorgeous!
I recently got this new flower die and couldn't wait to start making lovely paper magnolias. The white one is a combination of cardstock and vellum, and the pink one is made of vellum.
Quite a few years ago, while on a trip, I took a photo of a pink magnolia tree in bloom. The blooms had darker pink on the outside of the petals and lighter pink inside. I tried to recreate that here.
