The key to this card is a scalloped circle of cardstock hidden behind the blue scrapbook paper. I taped the circle to the paper, and poked holes between the scallops with a needle. I threaded my needle with string (that I dyed with Broken China Distress Ink) and stitched my design. I added a white heat-embossed sentiment to complete my card. Thanks for looking!
