Do you have a set rule on the size of the scrap paper you save? I read somewhere a long time ago that a lady only saves pieces no smaller than a quarter. I have a really hard time throwing away any paper I really love, like glitter or the shiny paper, cause eventually I may use it to cut out a leaf or use a tiny punch? I need help cause my scraps are out numbering my 12x12 or 8x11.5.

I keep my scraps separated by color in these smaller pocket envelopes. They measure 9 X 9 and I've had them for years.
