Like the bling on the hat. Like the bow; I tried the Zutter Bow Making Tool and couldn't make it work for me like you obviously have done. And the layered scallops are a nice touch as well.

I love St. Patrick's Day, the one day I can pretend to be Irish. Your card is so very cute. I love the shamrocks, the shiny green bow and embellishments. Perfectly adorable.
