The floral strips were cut from a Kaiser Craft Tropical Punch paper pad which I had won a long time ago in one of the challenges here on this site. I cant find it in their store so it must have been discontinued. I stamped and powder embossed the sentiment, added some enamel dots and used 3D foam under it. I made a white envelope and stamped it with a rose. This card was also entered into the April Use Your Stamps Challenge and the April Card Sketch Challenge.
