I started with a background made with Dylusions & Distress inks sprayed on a glossy white cardstock. I used a die cut to first cut a screen from grey paper and then used the same die cut to cut circles from a second sheet of inked glossy cardstock. I love how seamless the card looks with the darker, multi-coloured circles and blue background. So easy! BTW, I got the die cut to adhere by running it through my Xyron.
