My eldest son after having some glass removed. Here is the journaling
Never one to complain it came
as a shock when you rang to get
me to come home from shopping
to take you to the doctors. I could
not believe how brave you were
when the doctor injected the
anaesthetic right into your heel
and started digging deep for the
piece of glass that had broken off
in your heel. It was fish hook shaped
and had latched onto the muscle. I
couldn’t have been as brave as you
were. Not even a swear word and she
said you could!
