I used color burst on the tag. I colored Becky with markers and added sparkle with a glitter brush pen
to the red balloons, Becky's hat, collar & boots, IRL you can see the glitter. I added punched out stars and swirls from my stash. I'm going to add this tag to a layout, maybe Christmas, New Year's or Birthday.
