I punched out a 3-inch circle, then I punched out a bunch flowers in different colors of cardstock. I glued and layered the flowers, I added foam for dimension and tiny paper dots for the flower centers. I glued them around the edge of the circle. I cut out and added the leaf shapes, then I cut out the center of the circle. You can add a bow or different flowers.
