The Girlfriends line of stamps are one of my most favorite, ever. I have known the ladies I made these 4 cards for since I was 13 (I'm 62). I just wanted them to know how much their friendship has meant to me and that I appreciate having them in my life, so I wrote each of them a short note telling them so. There were originally 6 of us, but we lost one, so this was the first card I made without the 6 of us being represented, it was kind of bittersweet. I colored each of the friends with copics, blended the background with Tim Holtz' Distress Inks, used Glossy Accents for the raindrops, fussy-cut them out and popped them up with pop dots. I added an additional girlfriend, the one on your right, who is actually from a different set. She is wrapped in a quilt.
