This was the first item I started for this swap. For this hand made embellishment I started with the paperclip from my stash as the foundation. Next I cut an image out from some patterned cardstock and adhered some small red plastic seed beads with Glossy Accents. I then covered the beads with glossy accents. I used a Martha Stewart punch for the light pink heart made from pink metallic Bazzill cardstock. I adhered the light pink heart to the dark pink heart and adhered some of Tim Holtz's Transparent wings to the back. I used a pastel pink ribbon from my stash to make a fork bow to add to the front of the heart along with a glittery heart flat back embellishment.
- I am so glad and thankful I was able to participate in one of Donna's (bonprof) Renea Boquets swaps before she passed. I expressed my doubt that I had the creative ability to make such beautiful fancy and feminine items that I saw as examples made by Donna and the other swap participants. Donna was so kind and encouraging that I decided to step out of my comfort zone. Donna was sweet enough to take me on as a swap partner. She told me she was sure she would love whatever I made for her.
TFL and Thank you for any kind comments, votes, etc.
