My mother-in-law is very patriotic and has her entire house decorated in red, white, and blue. We blended the background using oxide inks. We then used the star stencil to heat emboss with clear powder. I cut sticky-backed foam to mount my balloons for dimension. Finally, I cut embroidery thread and tied it on the bottom of the balloons.
