I used a coloring book, watercolor markers, and water brush to do the mandala background. The center die cut is 3 layers and put together with a gem brad from Ro (Rolbricht). A friend gave me a Hotfix tool for Christmas, and this is the first time I used it. Love it! It adhered the clear gems in the purple circles. A little bit of Nuvo drops were added for more shine to the small drawn elements between the purple circles. The final touch was some black Soufflé pen to the small dots. I used a piece that I cut off the mandala to decorate the envelope.
