I think we've seen these in our back yard, Terri. They flit so fast to our feeder I can't tell. Beautiful photos and LO's. TFS, I'm learning so much about birds! You should publish this!

This really caught my attention - we have waxwings here too, even in the winter, and can always spot them by their huge numbers and distinctive calls. I always like seeing your bird layouts!
I was amazed by these birds. I walk walking in my community and came across a huge flock of them - over 100. They were mesmerizing to watch as they flew together back and forth in the sky before all landing in a single tree. I photographed them in sycamore trees, hence the handmade sycamore ball accents.
