I used Paper Rose tulip die to cut the frame and also the small pieces of pattern paper. I used Tim Holtz Salvage Patina Oxide and a blending brush to lay the blue color down. Used Tim Holtz Picked Raspberry for the sentiment. Layered on 110# Parklane cardstock. Adhered with Bearly Art glue.
