Sometimes I struggle with kids birthday cards. I got the background paper out and just looked at it and then all of the sudden I remembered I had these alphabet diecuts that I would make this a Happy Birthday card. Then I ran across these hot air balloons and thought I would add them too. The letters and balloons are all scraps!
