We recently had the same experience!!! And they were BOYS jeans!!! I returned them with a complaint then went to Target and got NORMAL toddler jeans!

I TOTALLY agree!!!!! I have two girls ages four and five, and it's almost impossible to find them jeans that fit the way they should for their age!!!! I get sooooo frustrated!!! Way cute layout, though!!!!!
