This is our first family portrait :) and my second entery in the $15,000 contest.

Paper- Basic Grey "Jack Stripe" and "Jack Spinning Wheels.

Frame around portrait- I used water color paper since it is thick (used Creative Memories Oval Cutter and corner rounder) and painted Making memories "cornflower" paint then let it dry. Secondly I applied Folkart crackle medium until sticky. Last I applied MM "Manila". I applied Stampendous 3D Stickers to the back to give the illusion of a wooden frame.

Ericsons Tag- Tag is Making Memories. I scraped the edges then died it with MM "Dusk" dye. I let it dry then stamped it with an MM letter E and design stamp in bleach then on tag. MM "Sky Blue" letter Wraps were used for the rest of our name. I found cotton wavy ribbon a joanns that matched perfectly.

Ribbon- I used a thick white satin ribbon. I used a MM design stamp stamped in Versamark Ink to make image, then dyed dyed the ribbon with MM "Dusk". An MM ribbon charm was used to tie ribbon together.

Jounnaling- I used an A Autumn Leaves Idex synonym tag to start my quote, I flipped the Z so it was blank. MM ink from distress kit was used around edges. MM "Rummage" Magnetic Stamp Alphabet set was used to stamp the rest of the quote. The word "Family" was stamped with the MM Express it stamp kit, I cut it out inked edges and used 3D sticky square to make it pop. Close To My Heart "Tropical Blue" ink was used (second generation).

Vertical Ribbon- thin satin dyed with Making Memories "dusk" dye.

Family- MM Script Eyelet letters were painted with MM "Cornflower" Paint. I attached the letters to cotton lace ribbon with MM antique jump rings.

Flowers- Making Memories "Daisys". I attached MM gold brads that were painted with MM cornflower ( I scratched some of the paint off to distress it).

I have been looking forward to putting this LO together for a long time.
