This is my maternal grandfather and my dad. The photo is from way back sometime around 1976 or so. We were at Branson at Silver Dollar City on a family vacation.

I do a class every month for my LSS titled All About Me. Sometimes it's a trick finding a page topic and paper and ideas all to mesh. This month was one of those. I loved the Kaiser Craft paper, and I loved the sketch, but I'm not just absolutely crazy about the topic.

Not that these two men AREN'T my heros - but they are really more my role models for what men are supposed to be. I've always measured every man I've met against this standard. Fortunately, I married one who measured up.
