Here is my entry for the New scrap same pic challenge.

I found this quite hard as this is the first photo I have scrapped that I have no personal relationship to. It took me until last night to get any inspiration to scrap this. It is much more simpler than I had planned, but I am quite pleased with how it turned out. The leaves behind the flower are photo corners that I had planned to use on the actual photo as I thought the basket weave pattern was suitable for a tropical LO. All in all very simple.

Poem around matting is extracts from a poem by Chris Farman. It reads " I want to be in Hawaii. Where the fragrant flowers grow. Where the palm trees touch the sky. Where the soft trade winds blow... But in the world I must go to my personal ShangriLa. To my islands of sun and flowers and trees. Where the password is ALOHA."
