Very pretty! My Mom used to decorate for Thanksgiving, too. And I often will decorate for our family TG dinner -- this year, however, we'll be dining out, thanks to DD's mom-in-law who suggested it. Our youngest DS wasn't happy with that plan, but I kind of like the idea of not having to do all tht cooking and cleaning up ;). Last year, I took a lot of shots of TG food shopping adn preparation for dinner -- I might share those shots later just for fun :D! Pretty shot - TFS! -- kimB

I too decorate for Thanksgiving. In fact my sister and I were discussing what new art project we could do with the kids to decorate for this holiday. I think we will be making turkeys out of pinecones.

Beautiful shot... I love to decorate for fall/ thanksgiving... we do a LOT for thanksgiving, including a dinner with a few friends where all the kids dress as pilgrims and Indians and we act out parts of William bradfords diaries then have a worship/prayer time!

Lovely decorations! I agree with your feelings about Thanksgiving...So at our house November is a time to reflect on our blessing and thank the Lord for our wonderful freedom. Sometimes I think if people could see how really oppressed some other countries are they would appreciate ours more.

Hooray for you! It is my family's favorite holiday so we do it up well. This year I got a bit over excited about it and invited 6 more people than I can possible get into my house!! This should be interesting.
