This is a picture of my husband taken before we met. It's one of my favorite pictures and I was hoping to try digital scraping with this picture... Iwanted to make it look like a magazine cover - I got the idea from a layout by Jul1e - but I really don't know how to do it.
Once again...hoping for some suggestions!!
