I really wanted to highlight my stepdad in my memorial book for my mother. I had some really good photos to showcase. I cut strips of coordinating colors and used them as a mat for the vellum that I had ran through my printer to make the title "Howie". I attached the vellum with round nail heads.
The frame of the photo was done by using my computer to create some words that describe my stepdad. I spaced the accordingly and cut them out in strips. They were then mounted on neutral card stock.
