This is my son celebrating his birthday with my dad while he was still with us.. He passed 3 weeks later.. He was in our home and I did hospic e for him He wasn't able to come in the kitchen tosee Sebastian blow out the candles so we did it in his room so he could participate. I wanted to remember all of the good and and not so good times last year brought.. Journaling describes how my wish was for my dad to know how much he was loved.
