A recipe I developed after tasting the divine Carrot Souffle at Picadilly. Can't tell it from sweet potatoes, I swear! The embellishment is on the facing page -- did a bunch of "vegetable" quotes on it and some simple embellies. I tore some pp into carrot shapes and used some ribbon for the tops. A touch of inking, and voila! The focus was the fabulous recipe!
