My sister and daughter on the Fandango at Knoebel's Amusement Park. This goes outside my normal scrapping style. These photos screamed funky/grungy, so that's what I did.

Technique details are posted on my blog for the misting, texture painting, altered chipboard, ribbon scrunching and dimensional bead/stitched border.
