Trying to remember if I have ever tasted them. i don't think so. How do they taste?

We have a lot of them here too. I pick them and cut them in half and put them out for the finches and other birds. They are past prime and not good for me to eat any more.

I love the taste of them, can't stand eating them. Too much work spitting out the seeds, and I can't make myself swallow them. LOL

So lovely. I had a pomegranate tree in my yard for over 30 years. It was beautiful during all seasons. I loved the beautiful red flowers in the spring. After about 50 years it gave up the ghost and died of old age. My granddaughters used to so look forward to eating pomegranates when they came to visit.
