Love the papers you have used and the embellies :) believe me the weather in the Southern Hemisphere isn't that great at moment either, I had to put a thermal on this morning at 4.30am as it was cold and it's supposed to be summer!!!!

I love your page for the fun bright colorful papers to the awesome accents but what truly makes this page is the photo you captured of your hubby. Priceless!!! I love this page! I may have to lift it for a future photo of my own. Into my favs it goes. I'm like you, by Feb or March I start with spring summer photos and by July (when Vegas is 118 degrees) I am scrapping snow pictures or Chirstmas...lol...Cute page.
