In the top, the blue winter wishes slides out from under the gloves, and the card/message is on the red card insert on the bottom. The red gloves are from online. The wonderful stamp on the bottom is from Hero, I think- one die, with a bunch of sentiment stamps. The letters of "coffee, tea, or" are made with 1/4" round punches, and I have the 1/4" round letter alphabet, so her choices were coffee, tea, or sleigh ride or hot cocoa, which there is a mug of in the 3rd window.
