Most of the elements in this project came from the dollar store! I stained the piece of wood from Dollar tree with a wash for painting miniatures. Then added some patina looking scrapbook paper. Then I sprayed with a teal watercolor spray to get the washed-out splash effect you can see on some areas. I used rub n buff metallic waxes to achieve the metal look on the wood cuts.
