I used two products I was eager to try: the double-sided Wildflowers and Green paper from Scrapbook.com and a pop-up Happy Birthday die I had. I cut two 8.5 x 5.5 panels from the double-sided paper and folded one in half--with the floral print to the outside--to make the body of the card. Following the instructions that came with the die, I cut the inside portion of the card using the floral print as the front side of the paper when it was die cut; folding on the die-produced score lines created the pop-up. I used the die to cut just the words Happy Birthday from a sheet of purple paper backed with double-sided adhesive. I attached the purple words over the floral ones, used adhesive glue to attach the inside to the outside of the card and added messages on layered paper.
