      No the container comes empty. Also I have not been pleased with this actual product. It is supposed to slide open but it is very very difficult to accomplish that.
      If you had small items in it they would likely end up all over the floor and such due to the sliding being so tight.
      I do not recommend this for items that are small. If you are going to purchase this would be better storage for something larger like votive candles or something.
