    How do you get the cutter out so we can change the blades?? It won't move for me.

      There is a bow shaped bar under the picture of the blade. Turn it counter-clockwise and pull it out. (You will hear a click) You should see the slots where the new blade fits. Put it in and turn clockwise till it clicks.Hope this helps.
