This package of Tags and Pockets is part of the Sun Chaser Collection designed by Heidi Swapp for American Crafts. This package includes six tags and six vellum pockets with six different designs.  Each tag comes with its own pocket. These tags can be used on cards and scrapbook pages, added to planners and journals, used for mixed media projects, and many other paper crafting projects.
