This package includes 3 dual tip alcohol markers which will let you add shadows and gradient effects to your crafting projects. These markers are part of the American Crafts Sketch Markers Collection. They contain dual tips, a chisel and a fine point. This set of markers comes in 3 shades of Antique Rose. To blend, you start with the lightest color and then layer on the darker shades. You can then blend with a colorless blender marker (sold separately) for a seamless effect. You are going to love these shades whether you use them separately or blended. These markers are made in the USA.
These are nice enough inks but why would you not mark which end has the chisel point and which end has the bullet point? I’ll have to devise markings on my own, maybe washi tape around all the bullet point ends.
I also hate that the boxes don’t state the color family. I bought 2 sets of pink (Antique Rose and Bubblegum) and I can’t tell the boxes apart, nor do the color numbers on the pens show up on the box. So I have to open the box to tell which set I need and if that’s not the one, I have to open the other. Again, I guess I’ll devise a fix and make color swatches on the box. Just silly!
